Today concentrate on your breath. Allow yourself to truly feel your breath entering and leaving your body. There is no need to breath any differently than you normally would. This is all about awareness. Simply breathe normally. Spend a few moments concentrating only on your breathing. If other thoughts should arise, acknowledge them, but allow them to exit with your next exhale. Repeat this exercise throughout the day and you will be amazed just how calm and at one with the universe this can make you feel.
