Mindfulness is not just a stating of being for me. It is a way of life. There is a serenity that comes with not only living in the present but truly experiencing it. I discovered mindfulness first when I was 18. It took me many years to truly embrace it and now that I have a much better understanding and acceptance of it, I hope to be able to share my experience and wisdom with you.
